Goonj's annual campaign Odha Do Zindagi ( ODZ ) is back. In many parts of India winter has already arrived.. Earlier this year many states faced severe drought and then destructive floods. Coming winters will be another disaster only adding to their woes.
It's time to play our role.. Last year alone we reached out thousands of comprehensive winter Kits to the most neglected populations from homeless in the cities to the tribal in the remotest parts of the country. And in our work - Dignity matters as most of the people do not get it as charity but work for the betterment of their villages..from making roads to developing bridges and then receive it with dignity..
The need and demand for these kits far outnumbers what we generate from cities though most of us hold extra woolen in our almirah not knowing who to give it to.
Goonj's awareness cum collection camp is coming to Dwarka this Sunday (Dec 11, 2016) ;Refer the details in the enclosed poster..
